How many students are there in a class?

Yes, unless stated otherwise, our courses are recognised and insured by industry experts such as the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists, ABT & CPD.

Upon completion of our courses, you will be awarded with a BTBA Diploma Certificate which is fully accredited and insurable. However, we do have plans to also provide NVQ’s in the future.

After receiving your certificate, we will explain which organisation your course is accredited by and provide you with details allowing you to gain insurance.

Yes – our courses embrace the principles of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and therefore upon completion each course will give you points (which some roles are require you to have). Please see each course for more details.

All of our courses require full payment. You can also apply for finance via PayL8r or you can setup a payment plan with us directly. Please see our payments page for more information and contact us.

Any cancellation requests must be done within 10 working days notice of your course. Furthermore, any date change request must be done within 5 working days of your course. Administration charges also apply. Please read our full terms and conditions found bottom left hand side of the website for further information prior to booking your course.

Classes will include up to 4 students. We do however offer one-on-one training subject to availability.

We are currently situated in Long Eaton, around 20-30 minutes to Nottingham & Derby City Centre.

Yes. You should arrange a model for yourself after booking. If you cannot secure a model you can ask us to attempt to find you one for a £10 fee. However we also cannot guarantee that we will find you a model and ultimately it is your responsibility not ours. Should neither of us be able to provide a model we can move you to another date but you will be subject to an administration fee.

No, everything will be provided. However some students bring additional note books, pens & highlighters to assist learning.

Parking is available on nearby side roads such as Gibb Street, Chapel Street or Bonsall Street for free. There is also a pay & display car park behind the building. We send a map to you after you book on a course.

No, all of our courses teach both the theory and practical sides onsite. You will however be given a course manual booklet in which you can take home and re-cap on what you learnt.


When will I get my certificate?

Do you sell training kits?

Students must meet the standards required before certificates can be issued. If standards are not met you may have to return for further practical work (and it may or may not include a admin charge, depending on the circumstances). Should you pass your course your certificate will be posted within 7 working days.

Yes we do for some courses. We will discuss these with you on the day or you can call us before hand for further information.
