This is a 2 day course which covers which focuses on shaping, volumising and enhancing the lips. You will cover e.g:

• Lip Volumisation – how to give the lips more volume
• Cupid’s Bow – how to create a strong cupids bow
  
• Pout – how to create a pout
• Vermillion Border – how to enhance the lip border
• Techniques such as linear threading and cross hatching

Following this course you can progress onto our Foundation Dermal Filler course or Advanced Dermal Filler course.

Non-medics must either hold a NVQ level 3 in Beauty or have 6 months needling experience alongside Anatomy & Physiology Level 3. Needling experience could include Microneedling, Microblading, SPMU, Phlebotomy or similar. If however you are a complete beginner, you should book our Fast Track Into Aesthetics course which includes Dermal Fillers.

Important Information
Day 1 – A theory session is done in small groups and will teach you for example all the relevant anatomy, injection techniques, ML and measurements, health and safety, first aid, anaphylaxis, adverse effects, contraindications to treatment, what equipment is required, step by step procedure and much more. You will also get to inject dermal filler into a fake doll head to prepare yourself for real models.

Day 2 – You will return for a one to one practical session. Not many academies offer one to one training, most of the time training is shared across a group resulting in minimal injection experience. With our course, you will get to inject in at least 3/4 models all to yourself and therefore you will be very confident before leaving! We will also ask you to come back free of charge if we feel that you need to inject in anymore models before signing you off. We want you to be perfect and therefore you will be guided through each procedure by our qualified tutors to ensure each injection is done safely and correctly.

This course will require model(s). If you have any friends or family wanting to have these treatments done we can use them for models subject to a £50 fee per 1ml of Dermal Filler. If however you do not have a model please contact us to discuss as have options to assist.
