This is a one day course + case studies which covers Swedish Body Massage. Swedish massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health – creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. You will learn the various massage techniques in order to provide the best Swedish Body Massage for your clients. This course is open to beginners.

Important Information
All of our courses include a theory session which will teach you areas such as the relevant anatomy, contraindications to treatment, health and safety, what equipment is required, step by step procedure and much more. Following this theory session is a tutor demonstration and practical session.

This training is done in small groups of between 1-3 students. You will all practice under the supervision of a qualified teacher. Following the course you will be required to complete at least 2 more case studies (massage treatments) that you’ll need to write up and submit following the course for evidence.

This course will require a model. If you have any friends or family willing to be a model we can use them free of charge. If however you do not have a model please contact us to discuss as have options to assist.
