This is a one day course which covers advanced cannula techniques in dermal fillers. Whilst you may already be trained in the needle techniques, learning how to use a cannula can provide a quicker and safer results with less swelling, bruising, bleeding, pain & discomfort. This will ultimately lead to better client satisfaction, reduce the risk of complications and will ensure they come back to you!
You will firstly complete a theory session which will discuss the differences between cannula and needles, a refresher on the relevant anatomy and injection points, what equipment is required & more. You will then complete some practical training working on different areas such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jaw and cheeks etc to build your cannula experience.
Non-medics must either hold a NVQ level 3 in Beauty or have 6 months needling experience alongside Anatomy & Physiology Level 3. Needling experience could include Microneedling, Microblading, SPMU, Phlebotomy or similar. You should also hold a Dermal Filler certificate with the needle technique already. If however you are a complete beginner, you should book our Fast Track Into Aesthetics course which includes foundation Dermal Fillers.
This training is done in small groups of between 1-2 students. You will inject under the supervision of our qualified teacher. Once qualified you can charge hundreds per treatment making this a very profitable course to learn.
This course will require model(s). If you have any friends or family wanting to have these treatments done we can use them for models subject to a £50 fee per 1ml of Dermal Filler. Depending on how many areas the model is having, several ML may be required. If however you do not have a model please contact us to discuss as have options to assist.
